My kid keeps subscribing to the DVR service and we dont want it. I cant remove it from my set top box. Can someone tell me how to do this ASAP

If it works like cables set top boxes there is a place to add a pin to your account.
you could call Verizon and ask to have one placed on the account.
I don’t use Verizon tv or telephone but it is a good place to start.
