Can't redeem $50 sign up card?

I'm trying to redeem my $50 gift card for signing up, but when I click the link, I'm taken to a broken page that just says:

{"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}

Does anyone know how to fix this or do you have any suggestions for how to reach out to Verizon to get the promised card? Thank you.
