Cannot check reward status online for $300 Visa Gift Card

When trying to log into verizon.com/rewards using the username and password sent to me, I get an error saying "We could not find a matching record for the username provided." The 61 days of service and no past due balance has already elapsed. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

I belive it uses a different id and password from the rest of verizon. Its format is described on the help for that webpage. It did so when I used it many years ago.

Just looked.
For the rewards site
USERID is the master order number
Password is your Last name
Thats assuming they got your last name right.

yeah....that user name and password combo doesn't work. Just another way Verizon rips people off.
