Cannot redeem Xbox gift card

I’ve been trying to redeem the Xbox gift card, tried contacting support and they gave me the run around. It says in the term that in 30 days you will get the offer. I got the email and the offer showed up in my offers page but when I go to redeem, I’m hit with an error page.
the Fios help told me I needed to wait 65 days ??? But it literally says 30. So I’m confused. What’s the point of signing up for the gaming package if they won’t stand by the offer. Is anyone else who has this issue actually had it resolved???
