Signed up for a new plan on Feb. 28. Did not receive or activate my phone until March 3. So how am I being charged a full month of service on top of activation fees for the period of Feb. 2 - March 1? I did not even have a phone in that period, yet I'm being charged for it? If I had a nickel for every misleading statement this company pulled on its customers, I'd buy the company and let it go under.

Jhaskell16, extra costs are not something anyone wants to see. Though an activation fee is valid and charged for any new line of service, we absolutely are happy to assist with any charges that appeared prior to device receipt. Typically, charges would begin the date that the delivery of the phone is expected. As yours was not received we will gladly assist. Simply send us a private message. -Loren
