I upgraded my phone, did the whole new watch new iPad promotion thing. Got home, the watch wasn’t working. Took it back the next day. Had to get a new one and a new line. The guy at the store called customer service and he fudged everything up. I was charged a $299 buyout fee for the watch that I returned!
called Verizon, they put in a ticket to get charge removed.
Fast forward to bill due date. They NEVER took the charge off! When my husband finally go ahold of someone they said they would only issue a credit towards future bills!
We are Veterans on a strict budget. If I could get service at my house with another provider I’d leave Verizon but I’m stuck being treated like garbage.
