I have been a Fios customer since August and still have not received the code I require in order to redeem for the purchase of the Google Chromebook offer.  When I call Verizon Wireless they send me to Fios. When I get to Fios they tell me they can see that an offer was never sent and send me to Promotions. When I call promotions they tell me they cannot manually process the offer and that I need to go back to Verizon Wireless.

I have gone through this process twice now with no results. All I wish to do is have Verizon come through on the offer I signed up for. Thus far no one wishes to take ownership of this issue and I keep get sending in circles. Requests for management result in additional transfers and disconnections. I've been disconnected three times now by the promotions department.

Can someone with the ability to assist with this get this resolved?
