To Whom it may Concern:
For the past several months, I disputed a charge we received after we had to leave Verizon cell phone service. Everyone who I have spoken to explain these charges will get resolved but it doesn't. I can't even recall how many Verizon customer care employees I have spoken with. They all tell me the same thing and nothing occurs, they even tell me we will call you back with a follow up but that doesn't occur. I have to call back and state the issue all over again to a new customer agent. I had to ask my call to be escalated, after speaking with a supervisor which I have spoken with others before they end up giving me the corporate offices number. When you call both numbers, you don't get anyone to speak with just an automated service that bounces you back to customer service. I need to speak with someone regarding my dispute that has been going on for several months.
