Customer Support Chat Issue

Just out of curiosity, has anyone else had issues getting ahold of someone on customer support chat? Not over via phone call, but the chat window? When I go to Support, and after making my way through the surplus of menu options to navigate me to the right category, I try to (multiple times, refreshing the page, going back a step, etc.) click on the chat option and it refuses to do anything. If I click on either of the other options, have someone call me or I call them, it works just fine.
I guess I just want to know if chat support is down or if it's an issue on my end of things.

And, of course, I went to show my wife the issue right after posting this, and my original issue and the customer chat issue were completely fixed. I guess I just need to have her watching from now on...

My issue with chat is that once you finally do get thru to a human, they act as though they are stepping away to check out your problem, but they stay away long enough for the connection to go dormant, and you get dropped. It takes so long to go thru the steps to connect again that I give up and I believe that is what they count on:(
