My DSL/Phone bills has a line stating "regional value"
Define regional value, what makes up this?
This sounds like deceptive intentionally obfuscatory language, and not something a respected company like Verizon would engage in, unless you guys are being eroded internally by bad managers who wish Verizon harm.
