Deposit refund question and $50.00 self install giftcard status

Hello,

I had to place a deposit to install our service and was inquriing when I would get that money back?  I swore I saw something in my account messaging a month ago or so but it's not there anymore.

Also, I was promised a giftcard for doing a self install by the phone rep and we never received it.  I emailed her a few times and she never responded but once, and in that reponse it was incoherent.

Any help is appreciated.
