Desparate Wireless Customer needs help

Have tried customer support number 8+ times since Monday. Nobody can solve my problem - my call usually gets dropped or re-routed. Was switching from Post pay acct to pre pay acct on Monday. Verizon closed my post pay acct and then was processing my pre pay acct. Somehow my pre pay acct is stuck in processing and they can not activate - so I have no phone. Nobody on Customer Support can elevate the problem. I have left my office number with 4 people and no one calls back (after I am dropped on hold). Any suggestions? ....keep in mind I can not email their Customer Service since I no longer have an accout.
