My current bill has more than doubled due to a Device Payment Buyout Charge of $431.02. There is no explanation of what this charge pertains to. There has been no activity or changes to my account and Verizon is being very difficult and time consuming to try and find out what this is about. I've tried the Chat option in customer service and it just keeps going back to why there is a difference in this months bill without an explanation of where additional charge was added. Where do I go from here?
