Disconnect Fees

I can not believe that being a customer for 20 plus years does nothing for you. My wife who is the owner of the billing did not let me know that we needed to make a promise to pay or we would be disconnected. Like everyone else times are hard and 7 lines times 20 is 140 dollars too much just for a person to push a reconnect button on 1 account. I do not receive these messages because I am only a moderator on the account. I talked extensively with a rep on chat and go no where fast. Deeply disappointed in this and am now considering other options now that Montana has options to choose from. Even asked for a supervisor number and git nothing. I am willing to pay for the error but come on 140 dollars that's brutal ...
