I disconnected, or will be disconnecting, my service on the 16th. My plan is a no contract month to month plan. But I received an email about early termination fee. Why am I receiving a early termination fee?

Don’t know what state your in however google your states Attorney Generals Office and or your Public Utilities Commission and have them get involved.
you can submit your proof of non contract status and thereby not having to pay such early termination fee. At both state offices.
They will contact Verizon escalations who will Phone you.
include the email in your proof submission.
The email could be a mistake but file and follow through with the complaint.

Is there a way to contact Customer Support beside calling? Is hard for me to spend an hour or so each time to call during business hours.
