Echo redeemtion - not working

I could not redeem one month already. Talked to a lot of technician. They said they will leave note to amazon but never change. Everytime I clicked to redeem , the web said credit apply, but amazon never did. Now , the redeemtion offer is almost expired. Verizon can't really help in this issue???
