FIOS internet cancelled yet billed.

Hi, 

Can anyone here please assist me with steps to cancel the account.  I have already called customer support and put an order to cancel.  I have also returned the router

Still getting billed. No support email. 50 minutes wait to speak with customer care representative.

they can handle your complaint either via online or through their toll free number.

in New York State Verizon is regulated by the Public Service Commission (Department of Public Service) contact them.
