I've had Fios for past 2 yrs at my current location and the service has been great so since my agreement was over i decided to check and see if i could get any discounts. I was happy to see that I would get double play (Gigabit and Custom TV) for 86.99 for 2 yrs. so I put the order through. Unfortunately Verizon sent me an email later that night with a price that was almost double at $151 before taxes. I spoke to supervisor via their 800 who told me there was nothing they can do and that I was wrong, even though their own system generated the original $86.99 price. I plan on filing complaints with BBB and NY dept of finance and have attached a screenshot of my original order.Order confirmation screenshot
