Hello,
Is there an email address where I can submit a formal complaint, a phone number to corporate offices will also work. I have had unresolved billing issues for months now. I attempted to get assistance for the 20th + time and had the absolute worst experience this far. Verizon does not value their military families as they say and customers are treated poorly. I want to be sure that someone is aware in hopes that another customer is not treated the same way.
