I came over from a different carrier called on the phone and ordered three new phones sent old phone in to Verizon track them to their warehouse in Fort Worth tx they say they them but warehouse never check one of the in by their system how do u get the credits for that phone taking to customer service is a waste of time I keep getting told no problem and every month I still get billed for that phone that they received how do u resolve this
