I just started Service with Verizon Residential and I am not pleased all. I received a bill with a mess of fees on it and I spoke to 3 different agents who said they will be waived. The last one told me that it will reflect on my new bill, I just received that and nope nothing shows. Now I keep getting harassing phone calls from the auto service because I refuse to pay my bill until I see the fees waived. I am seriously about to go another home carrier. How do I file a complaint with corporate?
