How to get my "digital bill ready reminder" by email and not by letter?

I have paper-free billing. I received a paper letter saying my "digital bill ready reminder was not being received" (probably because my phone is turned off). How do I have "digital bill ready reminders" sent via email and not by text or paper letters?

If logged into the desktop version of My Verizon, click on Account at the top, then Account Overview on the left-hand side.  Under your name, click Edit Profile & Settings. Do you then have the option under Quick Links to Change E-Mail Address or add one? Sounds like you don't have an e-mail address associated with your account.

If logged into the desktop version of My Verizon, click on Account at the top, then Account Overview on the left-hand side.  Under your name, click Edit Profile & Settings. Click Manage Communication Preferences in the middle of the screen. Click Manage next to Notification Settings. Select notifications based on your preferences, then click Save.

Thanks, tikibar1.  On the Notification settings page, all I see is my phone number and my name, followed by notification methods for billing, payments, and data usage. For each, the only two methods offered are SMS or Push notification.  Email is not offered as a method on this page.

Weserck on this case it's necessary for you to add the SMS method or the Push-up notification.
