Hi. I received an egift pin a month ago and I decided to keep it for the upcoming refill. Is there a way I can tell if the pin has already been redeemed or what the balance is on it, without adding or using the funds?

It is important that you are able to use your gift card, rd279. Did the message that included the PIN come with a phone number or URL for balance inquiries?
