Hello, Trent16! To use your eGift card to pay your bill, you would need to call 800-922-0204 and have them process a gift card payment. The automated system will say you'll be charged $10 to pay with an agent, but once the eGift card goes in, it does recognize it as a gift card and does not charge the fee. Does that help?
