I also cannot redeem my $200 Nest/Google Promotion. What is wrong with the link?

I just received the email that said it was time to redeem my $200 Google / Nest product credit and receive my $150 Visa gift card. 

I login and there is no way to redeem these despite following the instructions in the email.

When I signed up for my new verizon account, I was offered a $200 Google / Nest credit and a $150 verizon gift card. I received my confirmation that I was good to go ahead and redeem 5 days ago. It took way too much effort and multiple back-and-forth to ultimately get the Google / Nest credit to activate (yes, I logged into the correct account and used the link correctly from the confirmation email).

The next step was to register for the $150 verizon gift card. I was unable to do so easily online (likely on purpose?). I had to call an 800 number where I was transferred multiple times. Once I got connected to promotions (no direct # btw), they said that someone downgraded my verizon gift card from $150 to $100 (despite both the sales rep who initially promoted the product to me [I have the logs]) and the CS agent even confirmed the email sent out to me was noted as $150. She said she couldn't get it approved to me but it needed to be manually done via an "offline" group. She said a card should be sent out within 30 days, but she couldn't confirm that it would be the $150 that would be sent out. 

Needless to say .. curious to see how this will turn out, but really disappointed as I love my Verizon service otherwise. The fact that I had to go through for both legs (and have seen this be an issue for other members) makes me think they have us jump through hoops on purpose. Will likely submit as an Executive Inquiry as an issue as well.

I also am having trouble redeeming my $200 google/nest credit and I am being transferred all over the place with NO RESOLUTION!!! This is insane. If anyone can help me and point me in the right direction please let me know.
