I cannot redeem my Samsung offer

Hi I received the email to redeem the offer but when I click on it it brings me to the app and it doesn’t work I’ve tried doffeeent browsers and still nothing. I’ve also read some threads and this seems to be a common issue. Can I please get some help with these id like to redeem the offer for the tv.
