I've been on my parent's Verizon account for years but would like to leave their account and start my own family plan. Can I get the 4 lines for $25/line deal as an existing Verizon user but not an account owner (previously) by starting my own account?

When it comes to the welcome plan the entire account would have to be on this plan, and the Owner of the account would be the one to change it to this, or the manager. *Rhonda
