Lost without phone - Need phone on - Write Post dated check

Hello, 

Lost without phone.  Need to write a post dated check and have them  turn it on.  Take the no check off my account.  I am trying my best to do better .   I need a computer and I can not get it without phone.    Need Help Badly!!!! 

Please help and turn on my phone.

Plus, I want to work for Verizon at Home

No computer because I have no phone.

Help me Please!!!   Take my postdated check and turn phone on and post my check on that date please.   New Computer/Tablet  very bad!!!
