MISSING PAYMENT NOT EVEN A MONTH IN AND IT'S STILL NOT RESOLVED SINCE FEBRUARY

I am really confused as to my payment for the taxes and fees on the FREE phones with my plan is missing. I have been waiting for a resolve to this since my first bill.  How do you lose a $298.50 payment that was paid to you and that I no longer have access to but continue to have the audacity to send me messages about being disconnected.  ALL PROOF HAS BEEN SENT! I have emailed the investigations department the information a few times, I've emailed a lady in customer service and the lady in sales has tried to assist in getting this resolved, so I've emailed her too. What is the problem? I cannot get anyone to see this as an issue that needs immediate attention but my bill is continually looking as if I owe you money! Oh and I just found out that each time I don't make the full payment, you all are charging me late fees. I am only paying what is honestly due! I am very disappointed and I do not wish to continue services with Verizon but now you have me locked in a contract to which you have not upheld your responsibility to ensure that my billing information is correct. I am posting this here to see if I can get a response from anyone at Verizon or in the community who can help because I have been LIED to so many times about call backs and a resolution but NO  EMAILS, NO CALLS, NO TEXT  concerning this has come from Verizon. What is going on? This is not okay to inflict this type of stress on a PAID customer and I know you all have my number! Please do the right thing and reach out!  (Maybe I need to inform my bank that you all are saying it wasn't paid and attempt to get my money refunded that way so that you can find it! I bet it's found then...smh) Please someone from Verizon with authority, please assist with this. I am spending hours on the phone each time I call just getting transferred from one place to the next with no resolution at all! If someone knows what my rights are as far as this contract being nullified, please advise. This looks bad on my credibility as a business.

I, too, would be shocked to learn a $300 payment went missing on my account, and that it has not been resolved since February, jackgremco. It saddens me to see that you've reached out, and it seems like you've done your due diligence in sending proof to us regarding this as requested, and still have no answer. I'd like to take a fresh look into this matter myself and see if we can find a solution. I've sent you a private note so that we can gather some additional details. Please reply to that private note once you have received it.
