I have been trying to reach customter service for 4 days, all I get is the automated service with no option to speak to someone. I visited V wireless site and emailed and got NO REPLY. Than on to social media only to get the wrong department and directed tot he wireless fb page and get left hanging after initial contact. WHAT IS GOING ON AesT VERIZON WIRELESS? Is the company closing? I need for a rep to CALL me to resolve the issue I have.

@MBANKS,
No need to wait any longer, help is here! I can understand your frustration not being able to get assistance and I apologize for the inconvenience.
I do not have access to prepaid accounts, but I can definitely advise how to reach a prepaid customer service representative. Call 888-294-6804 and when prompted, enter the prepaid phone number. Then press 4, 5, 2 and then enter your pass code for your account. If you do not know the pass code enter in four zeros. Then the system will transfer you to a prepaid representative.
They will be more than happy to assist.

MBANKS, this is a customer-to-customer forum. Rarely will Verizon reps respond and even if they do, they will not be able to call you about your issue.
Customer Service - Prepaid
(888) 294-6804
or dial *611 from your mobile phone
24 hours a day, 7 days a week
I'm not 100% sure if it works the same as post-paid but I know for the post-paid customer service # you can press option 4 and say "Agent" and get to a rep within minutes.

Well, again being a customer-to-customer forum there is not much we can do to help.
It's possible us consumers can advise you, what issues are you having?

I cannot get customer service to answer me. I need my account extended until Monday February 3rd. My social security check doesn't go in until then and I need my phone for my children to be able to contact me. Please reply if you get this message. Thank you

rileysmallengine,
We would be more than happy to assist you making payment arrangements. You would want to speak to Financial Services 866-266-1445. They are open Mon.-Fri. 8am-8pm EST and Sat. 8am-6pm EST.

Verizon’s “customer service” is a fudging joke. I’ve been trying to get through this automated thing for 30 minutes and tried all the options these garbage internet reps shared too. You’re all a fudging scam! Wanna give me my mobile hotspot back on my prepaid plan???
