Never received $200.00 Visa Prepaid card

I applied for my $200.00 Verizon prepaid gift card on 11/26/19 and the status is showing it was mailed by USPS priority mail on 12/01/19. Today is the 16th of December and I haven't received it yet. I called Verizon on the 10th, after talking to several people because they couldn't find any trace of my reward, I was finally told that my information was there and I would receive it by December 15th...As of 10:05 pm EST, my card has not arrived.
