Just like many other customer, I have yet to receive a $50.00 perpaid gift card when I signed up for my service in February. It has been almost 4 months. From what I was told, the card would be sent after 60 days but it never arrived.
I read that some people clicked on "redeem now" and it took them nowhere. The same happened to me. Now the myrewards is not active so there is no way to check the status of it.
