I switched to Verizon and purchased a new phone last weekend. I was told that I would be able to claim a $200 rebate for switching over and I could do this by finding a notification within My Verizon. I have checked every day this past week and even had others on my plan log in to see if it shows up on their account. Nothing is in notifications.
Can someone please help me get the information for the rebate? Verizon says I only have 30 days to claim so I need that information soon.
