Not able to log in to account

I'm trying to log in to my account because I want to suspend my data plan as I am out of the country, but I had forgotten my password. I tried to reset, but I kept being taken to a page that said "Sorry, we are not able to process your request at this time.". I called customer support and chatted with an agent, and the agent said that my account was locked and unregistered the account, and sent me a link and told me to register again, but the link just takes me to the same error page. Half the stuff of the website I try just takes me to the same error page. The agent just ignored me after that.
I need to suspend the plan before I am billed two days from now, please help. I've tried all I can.
