I recently got on e-mail stating that I have past-due charges on my terminated service after transferring my account. However, I cannot access the old service and if I try to call the number associated in the e-mail, it just leads me to the current account's bill. How do I resolve this?

When you transfer your line to a different carrier or to your own account it does depend on when it was done. You would have to wait till the bill cycle ends, and they issue the last bill for the number in question. Or you can go to the https://www.verizon.com/expresspay/#/auth. Put in your account information from there, and the bill would pop up for you. *Rhonda
