“Pending Order” - Can’t modify my plan

I would like to modify my plan and review the costs but my plan can’t be changed because there is a pending order. I’ve contacted Verizon multiple times and they even “reset” my account but the pending order is still there.  This forum has multiple people with the same issue. How did others resolve this issue?

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Response times may vary.
