Prepaid Visa Rewards Card Registration

Hi, I continue to receive emails and phone calls in reguards to registering for the Visa prepaid rewards card I was promised when I signed up for service. I have used all links given and they all bring me to the same page saying "Retrieving Customer Data" but the window goes nowhere.
