Pro-rated Final Bill for Internet

disconnected Fios on Mar 7 and was told by an agent on the phone that I was going to receive a pro-rated refund.
When the final bill arrived, not only did I not receive a refund, but Verizon charged me an whole month payment.
This is utter nonsense - I am being charged for service I didnt use until the end of my contract.

Totally dependent on start and close date of your service.
if you cancel service after the start date, fios charges the full month.
if you cancelled prior to your invoice/service date contact your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission via a google search.
