VZ charged me a reconnect fee of $120 when I was late last month to reconnect all the devices on my family’s account. This is on a bill of $300. I have called twice and been told they cannot help me with the fees and that they are “running a business”. I am beyond irate with these ridiculous fees and the treatment I have received. My most recent assistant, “Gitf” told me that numerous messages were sent to my number which after reviewing my text messages was a lie. My wife, not me, did receive 2 messages, at the same time. Thoughts on best carrier to switch to? I will do this out of spite if nothing else. Thanks for nothing VZ. Happy my 13 years as a customer was worth $120 in bogus fees.
