in august 2023 I received notice my payment had not been received so i called to make a payment, they took two payments and my checked cleared the bank a couple days later then they took another partial payment for a total of 861.33 for august i owed 247.33 i have been on the phone fir over 16 hours i drove 16 miles to Verizon but was told they couldn’t help i needed to go to corporate store. They gave me five different excuses checks in the mail its a glitch, i missed a payment ( never) then i was told it was refunded but i never got it! Drove 100 miles to corporate store where they took copies of my bank account showing it wasn’t refunded. Now they say wait another month snd send my bank statement for sept then after 10-30 days they will refund. Customer service is a joke never get the same person or answer. I’ve been with them since 1990 really tired of this , just want my money
