Requesting Verizon address agents/supervisors who NEVER follow-up when they say they will!

Dear Verizon Customer Service,
Please, when you tell a customer that you will follow-up or call them back, actually DO IT! ...
There was a Verizon billing error related to a telephone order I placed on 12/13/22 (basically, I was offered a promotion for a free iWatch and free ear buds with adding a phone line, but then I was charged full price for both items). I called in mid-January to dispute the charges/error and was told there would be an investigation and that they would call me back = CRICKETS = NOTHING! I called again in mid-February. They assured me that they were escalating my concern and requesting a quality review. They assured me a call back = CRICKETS = NOTHING! I called again today, only to be told that the supervisor I need to talk to is off/on her weekend for 2 days, and that she will get back to me Friday (I won't hold my breath). Oh, and I was also assured a courtesy credit for these inconveniences = CRICKETS = NOTHING. Every time I call, I am on the phone FOREVER (i.e., over an hour) without resolution. I am a full-time working Mom, and I don't have time for this! How can someone in customer service be allowed to promise call backs and not be held accountable for actually following through? Isn't that the essence of customer service?
