Reward tile for google hub missing

I have reached out to Verizon numerous times in regards to this issue of the nest hub max tile missing. I receive the email weekly stating to redeem reward but there is no tile. I have spoke to the rewards team, got a support issue number and have been informed it’s been “elevated” and I’ll get a call back but have received no call or help. It’s been months now and still no help in sight. Please help

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
