VERIZON IS A JOKE!
I am so tired of dealing with these people I have called the multiple times for hours and every time it's like its the first time they are hearing about it.
I payed off my previous iphones (2 people in the account) and opted in for an early upgrade to the iphone14 plus back in october 2022, and by sending our older versions in we wouldn't have to pay for the new devices. THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME TO THIS DAY!
