Has anyone used the "Those Who Serve Discount" successfully for their Fios home internet, TV, and phone service? Every time I try and get to the last page where it shows the monthly total price for my current services (I don't make any changes to the services), it's A LOT higher with the discount. As a result, I have not used the discount with my Fios service.
Why would Verizon offer this type of "discount" that actually increases the monthly price instead of lowering it?
