I am having continuous issues with logging into our business portal for accessing our billing statements and adding/making changes to our account.
Every time I try to login it either does nothing or I get redirected to a "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time"
I have had a new user profile set up and now it has stopped working. They send the reset password links and it won't log me in with the temporary password to change my password.
I have been on with their customer service for over an hour each time - I have cleared cookies and cache from my browser - tried different browsers..everything.
Has anyone else had issues with logging in and any resolution?
They are also not able to send my billing statement through customer service.
