I could not sign up for the Early Bird rate at verizon.com/fios/6to using Firefox or Google Chrome. Only Internet Explorer would work. The problem is when the site asks you to read the TOA, it takes up the full screen and there is no way to find the SEND icon to click on it. A real **bleep**.
