Unlink Fios and Vz Wireless

I need to unlink my "old " Fios and wireless accounts. I moved and had to create a new Fios account, and I would like to link my new Fios account to my mobile, but I can't do it until my old Fios account is unlinked. I've spoken to 3 different customer service and reps, and none were able to help me.

Please advise on a solution.

Please try the following:  de-enroll your Wireless line and then register again with a new log-in account and password.

Hi cyberguenza,

Delete the mobile registration (a Mobile support agent will need to do this), re-register mobile account, and then go through One Verizon ID linkage again with the new home credentials.
