I got a postcard in the mail from Verizon with their switch deal. I called verizon and spoke to Bradley from North Carolina to sign up/switch 4 lines from T-Mobile back in november and was promised a e-gift card of $960 total to be delivered in 8 weeks. Still havn't gotten it. I called a month ago asking where the gift cards are and the person never called back. Called retention line today and now the rep claims the offer expired 2 days before we signed up. Its not written on the post card and it was not mentioned at sign up , nor was it mentioned a month ago when I spent an hour on the phone. This is absolutely unprofessional. This is a clear bait and switch. Shame on you verizon! I will never do business with you again.
