Verizon charges me for a router I never bought

Please help me; recently, I've moved addresses and had to pay the $99.99 to move my service to my new address. However, when I checked my bill, another $300.00 was added on top of the money I already had to pay. When I called Verizon they told me I had bought a router (which 1: I never received, and 2: I did not order). I had already purchased (not renting) a router from Verizon in September of 2021. I've already contacted Verizon support once and they told me "there was nothing they could do about it" because apparently I had the "new" router, and the router I've been using for 2 years did not exist.
