I HAVE BEEN AND STILL AM A CLIENT SINCE 2006 AND VERIZON WIRELESS CLOSED ONE OF MY ACCOUNTS AND REFUSES TO REMOVE THE COLLECTIONS ACCOUNT FROM MY CREDIT REPORT ! REPEAT I HAVE THE SAME PHONE NUMBERS AND HAVE NEVER STOPPED MY SERVICE SINCE 2006!
I am in the middle of buying a house, and this change to my credit report will prohibit the closing of my loan and cost me untold thousands of dollars.
All I want to do is pay any amount of money to be rid of this nightmare company forever and have the collection removed from my account. I have made countless phone calls to your credit reporting department and customer service and no one wants to help me. Someone please help me pay this $117 amount and remove the unfair mark to my credit report!!!!
i had an 800 credit score and this treatment to a loyal long time customer is unbelievable. I have seen that other customers have had similar issues but I could not find any solutions
